Join us for a series of workshops surrounding the food access issues affecting Hyde Park and it’s surrounding neighborhoods. Sunday January 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th, starting at 4pm. We will begin each session by learning how to make a soup recipe, followed by a guest speaker/facilitator who will touch on various food access issues. Facilitators include Ken Dunn of Resource Center Chicago, Samm Petrichos of the Experimental Station, and Alex Poltorak of The Urban Canopy. Again, join us on any or all of these dates at 4pm for soup making, and 5:30pm for conversation.
