Wine and Cheese Night with Gwenn-Ael Lynn and Laura Shaeffer 7:00 – 9:00 pm We would like to invite you to an evening of Wine and Cheese tasting. However, we do have participatory guidelines: you bring a great bottle of wine, paired with an exquisite cheese. If for whatever reason you are less inclined to wine or cheese, you are welcome to bring an amazing drink and a delicious snack of your own choosing instead. We will call this pair a module. The last guideline is to present your module, in any way you see fit (presentation, lecture, footwork, sonic, meditation, etc…) to the rest of our assembly. This way we can cooperatively build a wine and cheese (a snack and a drink) collection that will benefit our community.

Inside MUwDV 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Made-Up with Danny Volk is a promotional platform where artists in their studios talk about life and art while doing the host’s make-up. We are currently finishing up our fourth season. Season 3 of the series focuses on artists living and working in Chicago who are invested in engaging with and within the Chicago art community. Examples of this are artists who actively make and exhibit work while simultaneously running exhibition spaces of their own, who incorporate other art practices into their work, or whose work is decidedly Chicago-focused. We are showcasing artists and individuals who promote and support our Chicago art community at large.

Host and creator Danny Volk and Producer Stephanie Anne Harris Trevor will screen 3 episodes and will talk about authorship, narcissism, and beauty products.
