Beginner Ashtanga Yoga Classes
Every Saturday 10:30am to 12pm and Monday 5pm to 6:30pm
on the 3rd floor of SHoP
Taught by Michele Gaza.
Ashtanga Yoga is the modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. This class is a mixture of vinyasa and hatha yoga styles. The instructor will provide examples of alternative variations of poses for those who are newer to the practice. Seasoned practitioners will also find the class enjoyable.
